摘    要:根据旋转变压器的工作原理和伺服驱动系统的控制方式,研究了一种基于DSP TMS320F2812的Resolverto-digital解码算法,即角度跟踪观测器。该算法为二阶状态观测器,解码误差可渐近收敛至零。与反三角函数法、标定查表法和基于激励信号采样保持的估算法相比,该算法无需通过微分计算即可获得角度信息,具有更强的抗干扰能力,与基于锁相环的角度跟踪法相比解码精度更高,与专用的旋变解码芯片相比,简化了电路设计,降低了成本,提高了可靠性。仿真和实验结果表明了该算法的正确性。

Abstract:According to the working principle of resolver and control mode of servo system,a novel resolver-to-digital decoding algorithm based on DSP TMS320F2812 is presented,namely angle tracking observer.The algorithm is a second-order state observer that can make the decoding error to zero asymptotically.Comparing with the anti-trigonometric function method,the looking-up table based on calibration and the sample hold method based on excitation signal, the algorithm can obtain angle information without needing differential operator,and has a strong ability to suppress disturbances.Comparing with the phase-locked loop tracking method,the algorithm can obtain angle position with higher precision.Comparing with dedicated resolver decoder chip,the algorithm can simplify the circuit design,reduce the cost and improve the reliability.The simulation and experimental results indicate that the algorithm is correct.
