高频谐振式铅酸蓄电池修复系统的研究

摘    要:针对铅酸蓄电池充放电过程中存在极板易硫化导致电池失效报废现象,研制了一款高频谐振式修复仪。采用恒压电源叠加高频谐振电路的方法,修复电路产生频率丰富的谐波信号并与硫酸铅晶体产生共振,从而溶解不同体积和形状的硫酸铅晶体,消除铅酸蓄电池的硫化,恢复蓄电池原有容量。高频谐振及放电电路作为主电路,以AVR单片机为核心设计了控制系统。实验和运行表明,所研究的修复系统可安全可靠地实现对硫化铅酸蓄电池的修复,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:To the phenomenon that the lead-acid battery plate is easy to vulcanize and lead to scrap in daily charging and discharging,a high frequency resonant repair system of lead-acid is developed.The superposition of constant voltage power supply and high frequency resonant circuit is used in system,sulfuric acid-lead crystal resonance with rich harmonics signal produced by repaire circuit,thus,different size and shape of sulfuric acid-lead crystal is dissolved. The vulcanization of lead-acid battery plate is eliminated.The capacity of battery is recovered.The circuit of high frequency resonant and discharging is adopted as the main circuit,and the control system is designed based on an AVR single chip microcomputer.The experiments and applications show that the repair system can be implemented safely and reliably and meet the design requirements.
