摘    要:针对传统斩波电路开关管工作在硬开关状态时开关损耗大、功率因数低的缺点,提出一种新型的Boost软斩波电路,增加谐振元件电感、电容。通过合理安排电感电流、电容电压过零工作点,辅以合理的触发脉冲,实现了开关管的零电流开通和零电压关断,主续流二极管也同时实现软开关。使用简单的控制电路,电路功率因数达到或接近1,解决了谐波问题,提高了电路效率。详细分析了新提出电路拓扑的工作原理,并进行了仿真和实验验证。

Abstract:A novel Boost soft-switching topology is proposed so as to reduce switch loss and improve power factor of the traditional chopper.Resonant components such as inductance and capacitance are increased.The current flows through inductance and the voltage of capacitance are reasonable arrangement and reasonable triggering pulse is given in order to achieve the soft switching of switch and main free-wheeling diode.The power factor of the circuit is close to 1 through the effective control method which solves harmonic and improves circuit efficiency.The working process of the new topological structure are analyzed and it is proved by the simulation and experiment.
