基于变结构的电机力矩平衡控制系统研究

摘    要:针对多台直流无刷电机(BLDCM)力矩平衡的控制问题,指出了传统PI控制算法存在的不足;建立了BLDCM的数学模型,并给出其状态方程;设计了2台BLDCM力矩平衡控制的滑模变结构控制模型,选取了滑模面,计算了控制律,并进行系统稳定性分析。最后通过系统仿真,与传统PI控制比较,得到理想的控制效果。

Abstract:This paper points out the shortage of the traditional PI control theory used in the output torque balance control of several brushless direct current motors(BLDCM).The model of the BLDCM is set up,and the state equation is given.Based on the model,the algorithm of variable structure sliding mode control(VSSMC) is used to keep the torque balance of two BLDCMs.The sliding surface and the variable structure control law are designed,and the stability of the system is analyzed.This method is proved to be effective by simulation.
