摘    要:DC-link电容是光伏逆变器直流侧电路的重要组成部分,其设计选型对逆变器的性能、体积、重量及成本均有一定影响。以单级三相全桥拓扑的光伏逆变器为例,重点讨论了薄膜电容的额定电压、容量及纹波电流等参数所需满足的要求,进行了理论分析、计算和仿真,以期对实际应用中的电容选取提供参考。

Abstract:DC-link capacitor is an important part of the DC side circuit for the PV inverter,the selection has certain influence on the property,volume,weight and cost of the inverters.The development trends of DC-link capacitor is introduced, and then the PV inverter of single-stage three-phase full-bridge topology is set as an example.The requirements which the rated voltage,capacity and ripple current of the film capacitor need to meet are discussed and the theory analysis,calculation and simulation with a view to provide a reference for the practical application of the capacitor selection.
