| 摘 要： | 计算机监控系统在我国地方中小水电中的应用还处于起步阶段．由于电站容量小，运行工况差别大，其计算机监控系统的应用要有自身的特．点，既要考虑技术的先进性和可靠性，又要注重实用性和经济性．为此对目前中小水电计算机监控系统的基本情况进行了比较、讨论，旨在推进中小水电站的计算机监控技术的推广应用．

And it should have oneself characteristics of advance, reliability, practicality and economic, because of the small capacity and large operating condition differention in local water power station. This papercompared and discussed the operating condition in order to develop its application. |
