稀土表面处理剂对玻璃纤维表面的改性作用

摘    要:用经稀土表面处理剂处理的玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂,拉伸强度提高45%。借助于浸润性的测定以及X射线光电子能谱、扫描电镜等手段测定了玻璃纤维表面元素含量的变化、润滑性的变化及纤维表面形貌,并用扫描电镜观察了玻璃纤维与树脂的粘结状况。

Abstract:The tensile strength of the epoxy resin reinforced with the glassfiber treated with the rare - earths surface treatment agent increases by an amount of 45%.with the help of the infiltration measurement, XPS and SEM techniques.the changes in the elemental composition,infiltration and morphology were determined. The adhesion between epoxy resin and glassfiber has also been well observed by SEM.
