高校发酵工程课程教学改革探索

摘    要:发酵工程课程是生物技术等专业的重要专业课,是将微生物学、生物化学、化工原理、生化反应动力学等基础理论知识应用到生产实践中的桥梁课程。在教学质量工程和创新型人才培养的背景下,根据学科建设及专业发展的需要,结合发酵工程课程的教学实践,对该课程教学内容、教学方法以及考核方式等方面进行了改革和探索,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Fermentation engineering is an important speciality curriculum of biology technology.It is the core course which links the theory of microbiology,biochemistry,chemical engineering and biochemical reaction kinetics to manufacture and practice.According to the demand of the subject construction and profession development,and combining with the teaching practice of fermention engneering course,the paper made some explorations on the teaching reform,especially on its teaching content,teaching method,and course checking mode under the background of teaching quality project and innovative personnel training.It had obtained very good effect.
