| 摘 要： | 本文详细介绍了国内外有色冶金炉余热锅炉的发展概况,技术性能及结构特点,通过国内某厂锌沸腾炉余热锅炉结构分析,简要阐述了余热锅炉的设计程序和设计要点,并指出采用膜式水冷壁、直通道、强制循环和高效弹性振打清灰是我国有色冶金炉余热锅炉的发展方向。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced in detail survey of waste heaf boiler of non-ferrous metallurgical furnace about domestic and foreign, on development, technical data and characteristic of construction. On the basis of analysing the construction of zinc fluidization roasting furnace in a domestic plant, this paper explained in brief on design program and design key points of waste heat boiler, and point out that the development orientation is application film mode water-cooled wall, straight-through duct, forced circulation and high efficincy vibration eliminating dust. |
