摘    要:根据齿轮啮合原理,分析了面齿轮齿面的形成;分析并计算了面齿轮的齿面法曲率及啮合诱导法曲率,阐述了影响齿面曲率及齿面诱导法曲率的因素;推导了点接触正交面齿轮传动接触轨迹方程;计算了面齿轮啮合接触域的大小、方向和接触力,并对接触域进行仿真,发现齿面接触痕迹明显偏于轮齿内侧,并通过啮合实验得以验证,这一结论为面齿轮传动的合理设计和使用提供理论依据。

Abstract:According to the principle of gear meshing, analyzed the formation of the face-gear tooth surface. Calculated the tooth surface curvature and the induced normal curvature and expounded the influencing factors. Derived the trajectory equation of point contact orthogonal face-gear drive. Calculated the size, direction and contact force of face-gear meshing area, simulated the contact area and found the traces of face gear tooth contact biased towards the inside of the tooth, and verified it through the meshing test. This conclusion provides a basis for the reasonable design and application of face gear.
