油-水两相流流型转换研究

摘    要:本文根据钢管内油—水两相流流型特征,建立了新的油—水两相管流流型的转换准则。它包括:分层流型的稳定性准则、分散流型和混合流型的转换边界及反相界线。流型转换准则得到了白油—水和柴油—水两相流的流型实验验证,而与有机玻璃管里的油—水两相流型的分布有一定的差异,这种差异与P.Angli的不同管材时的流型对比实验结论一致。这些都表明本文的流型转换准则能很好的预测钢管内的油—水两相流流型,这对于油田混钻管路的设计和运行具有十分重要的经济价值。

Abstract:New criteria for oil water pipe flow pattern transition principle was developed, according to the characteristics of two phase flow in the steel pipe, including the stability criterion of oil water stratified flow, the regime transition lines of dispersion flow, semi stratified flow and semi dispersion flow and oil water inversion. The predictied results agree with experimental flow pattern of white oil water and diesel oil water two phase pipe flows, and some discrepancy exists when compared with the experimental flow pattern results in acrylic resin tubes, which is consistent with experimental result of P.Angli. Research indicates that the flow pattern transition criteria presented in this paper can predict the oil water flow pattern in steel pipe well, which is of great importance for the design and operation of multiphase flow pipe in oil field.
