摘    要:应用塑性力学工程法研究了可膨胀管的塑性变形机理,推导出了计算可膨胀管塑性变形力的解析式,研究了各参数对变形力的影响规律;随后,将该方法的计算结果与用有限元方法的求解结果及实验结果进行了对比,结果表明该方法具有相当高的求解精度,能够满足工程的实际需要;同时,该方法简单明了,求解迅速,更便于在实际工程上推广应用。

Abstract:The plastic deformation force of expandable tubules is very important for the design of expandable tools, the composition of expanding techniques and the process of expanding operation. With the engineering method of plastic mechanics, the mechanism of plastic deformation of expandable tubules is studied. And the analysis formula of the plastic deformation force of expandable tubules is derived. The affecting law of the various parameters on the deformation force is investigated. The results calculated by the method are compared with the results calculated by finite element method and the experimental results. The comparing results show the method has quite high calculating accuracy, and can meet the engineering requirements. Also, the method is simple, can get solution rapidly, and is easy to popularize and apply practically. The study work has important guiding significance for the composition of expanding techniques, the design of expandable tools and the down-hole expanding operation etc.
