摘    要:在传统摩擦式锭子的基础上,对钢丝编织机锭子制动方式进行改进,扩大了张力的调节范围。通过精简钢丝编织机锭子结构,扩大了锭子容量,延长了钢丝编织机连续作业的时间,可提高钢丝编织胶管的产量。同时利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对改进后的钢丝编织机锭子支架进行有限元分析,检验了其可靠性。

Abstract:With the continuous development of engineering machinery, the compression performance of rubber hose in the field is improving and demand for rubber also increases. Steel wire braiding technology is widely applied to the production of rubber tubing to improve the compression performance of rubber hose. Wire braiding machine spindle is an important factor affecting the quality and yield of the steel wire braided hose. It is particularly important to design a high quality of the spindle. On the basis of traditional friction spindle, to improve the spindle brake principle, expand the range of tension adjusting. The structure of spindle is simplified to expand the capacity of spindle and improve the production of steel wire braided hose. Wire braiding machine spindle bracket is analyzed by ANSYS.
