摘    要:在双波导入射功率均为5 k W时,分别对(915±25)MHz频率范围和925 MHz频率时的双波导不同功率分配下的微波加热效率以及轮胎温度场分布进行了模拟。结果表明:微波加热效率随微波频率的变化呈类似于正/余弦曲线波动,在微波作用频率为925 MHz时,微波加热效果最好;双波导功率分配越趋近于一致,微波加热效率越高,轮胎温度场分布越均匀。

Abstract:The microwave heating efficiency and the temperature distribution of rubber were researched within the frequency range of 915±25MHz and in the condition that the input power of dual waveguides were 5kW in order to explore the impact of frequency and power on the heating result, and so were in the frequency of 925MHz with different power distribution. the result showed that microwave heating efficiency was similar to sine/cosine curve along with the change of frequency fluctuation and the microwave heating effect was best when the frequency was 925MHz. what"s more, the more consistent the power distribution of dual waveguides, the higher the heating efficiency and the more even the temperature distribution of rubber.
