| 摘 要： | 阐述了汽油，煤油，柴油等易燃易爆物品储存地（油库，油罐）火灾发生的起因及各种自然原因引起油库发生火灾，甚至爆炸事故的零零总总，分析了油库发生火灾爆炸事故的主要因素是电气装置不良所致。为了确保油库（油罐）安全运行，从电气装置方面提出了油库防火，防静电，防爆，防雷的一些安全措施。

| Abstract: | The reasons causing the fire in combustible and explosive material' storage places (storage or oil tank) are elaborated. Various natural reasons causing the fire or explosion accident are analyzed. The main element of the fire in oil storage is the defective electric devices. At last some safety measures of fire resistance, electrostatic prevention, explosion protection and lightening protection are proposed on the aspect of electric device to ensure the safety operation of oil storage. |
