基于中间件的自助服务平台的设计和实现

随着电信业务量的扩大和自助服务领域的不断成熟,电信业务已经开始借助自助服务系统来实现。现有的自助服务系统一般都采用传统的客户/服务器模式来实现,系统基于可伸缩性、可靠性等方面的考虑较少,不利于系统的扩展。文中利用交易中间件(BEA Tuxedo)构建一种交互式的电信自助服务平台,在原有的自助服务系统的基础上增加网络视频会议功能,使自助服务平台增加了对综合电信业务办理的支持。该平台的实现对于电信运营商提高服务质量,减少投资成本,增强竞争力具有很重要的意义。

Design and Implementation of Self-Service Platform Based on Middleware

With the development of the telecommunication and self-service,telecommunication services begin to be realized through self-service system.The existing self-service system generally adopts the client/server mode,but it seldom considers system's expandability and reliability.This paper studies how to use a middleware called BEA Tuxedo to construct an interactive self-service platform of telecommunication.Increases the network video frequency conference function upon the original self-service service system.The self-service platform supports the synthesis telecommunication service.The realization of the platform has vital significance to the telecommunication operation business.
