摘    要:湿式离合器控制是自动变速器换挡过程控制的关键,有效的离合器状态信息有助于离合器的精确控制。通过有限元仿真建立离合器控制执行机构预估模型,提出了基于预估模型在线预测离合器状态的方法。通过模型在微控制器运算结果与台架试验结果进行对比表明该模型能够在线运行并有效地预估离合器压力和流量状态。

Abstract:The clutch control is the key to shifting process control of automatic transmission. Effective clutch state information contributes to accuracy clutch control. By predictive model of the actuator for the clutch is established with the help of finite element simulation, a method of estimating clutch status online through a predictive model is proposed..The model is operated in a microcontroller, and the results are compared to those of a platform test, which indicates that the model can run online and effectively forecast oil pressure and flow of the clutch.
