地下管道挖掘机刀盘液压系统的设计与仿真

摘    要:地下管道挖掘机是一种以非开挖的方式完成地下管道挖掘及管线铺设的工程设备,其刀盘采用液压马达驱动。刀盘液压系统的优劣是衡量该设备性能的关键,根据设备的特点分别设计了基于阀控调速、变量泵调速和泵变转速调速技术的三种不同的液压系统作为备选方案,并对这三种系统进行了仿真。仿真结果表明泵变转速调速液压系统的负载波动小、工作效率高,相比于其他两种方案大大减少了流量、压力损失和负载波动,更适合作为刀盘的液压驱动系统。

Abstract:Buried Pipe Tunnel Excavator (BPTE) is a machine excavating tunnel and tubing pipes with trench-less method, its cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor.The property of cutter head hydraulic system is the key to measure performance of BPTE.Three kinds of hydraulic system,throttle control and variable displacement pump control and variable rotate speed pump control hydraulic system,were designed and simulated on the characteristic of BPTE.The result of simulation manifested that variable rotate speed pump control hydraulic system is the most high-efficiency.By compare with others,the system not only reduced the load fluctuation but the loss of flux and pressure in hydraulic circuit as well.Variable rotate speed pump control hydraulic system is more suitable for drive system of cutter head.
