海水压力模拟试验台的设计

摘    要:考虑到液压浮力调节系统的重要性,设计了一台模拟海洋压力环境,用来测试液压浮力调节系统的试验台。试验台利用液压系统实现海洋压力环境的模拟,使得液压浮力调节系统的性能在真实压力环境下得到测试,提高了设备运行的可靠性。通过试验台实际的工作状况和应用,并对采集到的压力数据进行记录和分析,得到试验台能够模拟海水压力变化情况,完成对液压浮力调节系统的测试。该设备原理简单、运行稳定、现场使用效果良好。

Abstract:Given the importance of hydraulic buoyancy adjustment system, an ocean pressure environment simulation test bench is designed to test the hydraulic buoyancy adjustment system. The hydraulic system is applied to realize the simulation of ocean pressure environment, which enable the performance of hydraulic adjustment system to be tested under the actual pressure environment and enhance the reliability of equipment working. Through the actual work conditions and application of the test bench to make records and analysis of collected pressure data, the test bench can simulate the sea water pressure changes and test the hydraulic buoyancy adjustment system. The system is with the characteristics of simple principle, high stability and good application effect on the site.
