摘    要:比例电磁阀是自动变速器换挡回路的重要组成部件,它的特性影响到整个换挡回路的特性。采用Ansys Maxwell软件对比例电磁铁的磁场强度和电磁力特性进行仿真计算,并利用磁路分割法将比例电磁铁整体的磁路简化提高计算速度,以提高电磁力-电流特性曲线比例线性阶段的线性度为目标对该比例电磁铁进行结构优化。通过仿真验证对比,优化后比例电磁铁电磁力-电流特性曲线比例线性段线性度的方差较优化前有明显降低。

Abstract:The proportional solenoid valve is an important component in shift circuit of automatic transmission, since the characteristics of a shift circuit is profoundly affected by its characteristics. The characteristic curves of electromagnetic force, magnetic field intensity were obtained by simulating under Ansys Maxwell, the whole magnetic circuit of the proportional solenoid was simplified to a model using magnetic circuit method to improving calculation speed. Taking the linearity of the proportional linear stage in the F-I curve as optimization objective, the structure of the proportional electromagnet was optimized. Through simulative verification, the variance of the linearity of the proportional linear stage in the F-I curve had obvious decrease after optimization.
