四驱电动汽车液压再生制动力系统的研究

摘    要:针对四驱电动汽车续航里程低、蓄电池充电时间长、使用寿命短等问题,对四驱电动汽车的再生制动系统进行了研究,提出了一种四驱电动汽车的液压再生制动系统方案,即在汽车的前后轴上加设离合器、泵/马达、蓄能器等元件,当汽车需要制动减速时,泵/马达以泵的形式工作,把高压油储存在蓄能器中;当汽车起步或加速时,泵/马达以马达的形式工作,把高压油从蓄能器中释放,输出驱动力。通过仿真得到汽车在不同驱动力下的加速性能。结果表明,将液压再生制动能量与电机的驱动力耦合后联合驱动电动汽车,增大了汽车的扭矩,在0~50 km/h起步阶段和50~80 km/h加速超车阶段,电机与马达联合驱动时比电机单独驱动所用时间分别缩短了1.05 s和0.3 s,减小了电池的放电深度。

Abstract:Aiming at solving the problems of the short driving range, battery charging time is too long and short service life,research on the four-wheel drive electric vehicle regenerative braking system. Proposed a four-wheel drive electric vehicle hydraulic regenerative braking system,which is set up the clutch, the pump/motor, accumulator and other components in front and rear of the car's axle, when the car needs to brake deceleration, the pump/motor and the pump in the form of work, the high pressure oil stored in the accumulator; when the vehicle is started or accelerated, the pump/motor work in the form of the motor, the high pressure oil from the accumulator released, the output driver The acceleration performance of the vehicle under different driving forces is obtained by simulation.The results indicate that by using the coupler to combine hydraulic regenerative braking energy and the driving force of the motor driving force coupled with the driving force of the electric vehicle has been improves the car's acceleration and acceleration start overtaking performance,increase the torque of the car, in 0~50 km/h infancy and 50~80 km/h overtaking acceleration phase, the joint drive motor and the motor than when the motor alone drives the elapsed time is shortened by 1.05 s and 0.3 s and reduces the depth of discharge of the battery.
