井下环境模拟装置液压系统设计

摘    要:为在室内考察井下随钻测量仪器工作性能,设计了井下环境模拟试验装置。该装置能够模拟井底70 MPa高压及125 ℃高温环境,可作为井下仪器、工具的室内耐温耐压测试平台。液压系统是装置核心模块,采用恒压变量泵控等技术,精确模拟环空压力、地层压力及井底温度。变量泵的输出流量与工作负载相适应,符合井下环境模拟装置高压、小流量工况要求,且高效节能。经测试,试验装置压力控制精度±0.3 MPa,温度控制精度±0.5 ℃,能够较准确地模拟预设压力及温度数值,满足设计要求。

Abstract:Simulation equipment of well environment is designed for the drilling tool and MWD device. The equipment can simulate 70 MPa and 125 ℃ under the well bottom environment. It can be used to become measurement platform for the drilling tool and other downhole device. The hydraulic system is a key module in the equipment. The constant pressure variable displacement pump system is used, and it can accurately control the simulation formation pressure and annulus pressure. The output flow rate of constant pressure variable displacement pump adapts to load. The condition of high pressure and small flow meets the requirement of simulation equipment of well environment. So the hydraulic system has high efficiency and saves energy. The test is done at last. The pressure control precision is ±0.3 MPa, and the temperature control precision is ±0.5 ℃. So the equipment can accurately simulate the preset value of pressure and temperature, and completely meet the design requirements.
