气动马达控制阀流场的CFD数值模拟

摘    要:气动马达控制阀是气动马达的关键控制元件,其控制结构直接影响气动马达的动力输出及工作效率。针对气动马达控制阀内部气体流动特性,根据计算流体力学理论,建立了气动马达控制阀的仿真模型,利用动网格和滑移网格技术分析了配气阀在不同工况下进气管流场特性,并计算了安全阀在不同升程的速度场及瞬态流动特性。研究结果表明:安全阀在小升程时,流体局部湍流较强,压力损失严重;随着升程的增大,压力损失减小;配气阀在正转工况下进气管出口处流量及压力均大于反转工况。对控制阀的结构及配气相位进行优化,可以有效提高气动马达的工作效率和输出功率。

Abstract:Pneumatic control valve is the air motor’s key control element; its structure affects air motor’s power take-off and performance characteristic directly. The control valve is modeled according to CFD theory to examine characteristic of intake compressed-air at the control valve mechanism and intake port velocity fields, instantaneous flow characteristics at different working conditions in intake process based on the dynamic mesh and sliding mesh theory, and to calculate the inner flow field of safety valve at different lifts. Simulation results show that the pressure loss increases at a small safety valve opening due to strong local turbulence and decreases with the valve opening adding. With the distribution valve forward, the flow and pressure at the outlet in the intake pipe are more than that reversed. Optimizations of mechanism design and phase angle for the can control valve improve motor power and performance.
