摘    要:为了提高大功率液力机械自动变速器电液换档回路的动态特性,在电液换档回路工作原理和特性分析的基础上,基于AMESim软件建立了电液换档控制回路中比例电磁阀、双边节流阀模型,并与供油系统模型联合建立了电液换档控制回路仿真模型。通过典型工况的模型仿真分析与试验测试结果的对比,验证了模型的有效性。

Abstract:In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of the electro hydraulic shift control loop used in high power automatic transmission, the working principle and characteristics of the electro hydraulic shift control loop were analyzed. And the proportional solenoid valve model and the bilateral throttle valve model were built based on the AMESim. Combined with the model of the oil supply system, the model of the electro hydraulic shift control loop was established, and the validity of the model was verified by comparing the simulation results with the test results.
