空调送风速度对客舱环境影响的模拟及优化

摘    要:客舱内的热舒适性和空气品质对乘客的健康和舒适有重要的影响,采用计算机流体力学(CFD)技术建立A320头等舱内环境的三维模型,对夏季工况下的客舱内流场进行仿真,分析桥载空调不同的送风速度对客舱CO2浓度场、空气龄以及热舒适性的影响。以CO2浓度和空气龄反映客舱内空气品质,PMV-PPD作为客舱内热舒适评价依据。通过构建最优函数,得到CO2浓度、空气龄和PMV-PPD与送风速度的函数关系,得到最优的送风速度,为桥载空调的控制及调节提供参考。

Abstract:Thermal comfort and air quality inside the cabin are crucial for the health and comfort of passengers. The three-dimensional model of A320 aircraft in the first class cabin is established by CFD. Simulation is carried out on the flow field inside the cabin on a hot day. The impact of the different air supply velocities of the bridge load air conditioning on CO2 concentration field, air age and thermal comfort are analyzed. The air quality is reflected by CO2 concentration and air age. The thermal comfort evaluation in the cabin is on the basis of PMV-PPD (Predicted Mean Vote-Predicted Percentage of Dissatisfied people). By an optimal function built, a relation about CO2 concentration, air age and PMV-PPD is obtained. Finally the optimal air supply velocity is obtained, which can provide a reference for the bridge load air conditioning control and regulation.
