防爆液压绞车电液控制系统建模与仿真研究

摘    要:为了提高防爆液压绞车的调速精度和自动化程度,改善系统平稳性、响应特性和安全性,设计了防爆液压绞车电液控制系统,实现了液压绞车的速度闭环控制。建立了电液控制系统的数学模型,利用MATLAB Simulink仿真验证了数学模型的正确性。对电液系统进行了PI校正,提高了系统的动态特性,对系统进行了仿真分析。仿真结果符合预期,为后续防爆液压绞车的研究工作提供了可靠的理论基础。

Abstract:In order to improve the speed control precision, automaticity, stability, response characteristics and security of the anti explosion hydraulic winch, an electrohydraulic control system is designed to realize the closed loop control of speed of the hydraulic winch. The mathematic model of the electrohydraulic control system is established, the correctness of which is proved based on MATLAB Simulink. With PI controller, the dynamic performance of the electrohydraulic control system is improved. Based on MATLAB Simulink, the simulation results are analysed, which meet the expectations. The study mentioned above provides the reliable theory basis for further study on the anti explosion hydraulic winch.
