基于Advisor仿真软件的二次开发及其在液压混合动力车上的应用

摘    要:建立了液压泵马达和液压蓄能器数学模型,替换了Advisor中的电机模型和电池模型,二次开发了适用于液压混合动力车的Advisor仿真软件。以宇通ZK6126HG公交车为试验车,对二次开发的Advisor软件进行了仿真应用,分别对传统公交车与液压混合动力车进行了仿真;结果表明:液压混合动力车的燃油经济性与排放性比传统车辆明显提高,二次开发的仿真软件能够成功应用于液压混合动力车的设计开发与性能分析,为进一步研究液压混合动力车提供了仿真平台。

Abstract:A mathematical model of the hydraulic pump motor and accumulator is established and the motor and battery model was replaced in Advisor. The simulation software of Advisor is redeveloped for hydraulic hybrid vehicle. The redeveloped Advisor software is applied to the Yutong ZK6126HG bus that as a test vehicle and the traditional bus and hydraulic hybrid vehicle is simulated. The results showed that the hydraulic hybrid vehicle fuel economy and emission performance is better than traditional vehicle. The redeveloped simulation software can be successfully applied to the design and performance analysis of hydraulic hybrid vehicle. And a simulation platform for further research on hydraulic hybrid vehicle is provided.
