摘    要:以某型号防爆胶轮车的双回路液压制动系统为研究对象,分析其工作原理,介绍了一种确定车辆合理制动力矩和制动压力的计算方法,论述了充液压力与蓄能器容积大小关系及参数计算方法。建立了系统及元件AMESim仿真模型,进行了充液和制动联合仿真以及前后桥制动响应特性仿真。仿真结果表明:模型准确,结果与设计目标基本一致,液压系统性能良好,满足设计要求。

Abstract:In this paper, a type of explosion-proof rubber tyred vehicle dual-circuit hydraulic brake system is taken as the research object. The working principle of hydraulic system is analyzed; a calculation method for determining a reasonable vehicle brake torque and brake pressure is described; the accumulator's filling pressure and volume size relationship and parameter calculation method are discussed. The simulation model of the system is established in AMESim, and the charging and the brake co-simulation and front and rear axle brake performance simulation are carried out. The simulation results show that the simulation model is accurate, and the simulation results are in good agreement with the design target, and the performance of the hydraulic system is good.
