半主动式补偿绞车的液压试验系统

摘    要:为了检验半主动式补偿绞车的控制性能与节能效果,根据相似理论研制了补偿绞车原理样机及其液压试验系统,主要包括升沉模拟液压系统、负载模拟液压系统、1∶5缩尺的补偿绞车原理样机,分别实现了造波、加载、升沉补偿与自动送钻等试验功能。开发了电控系统,升沉补偿采用大钩位移闭环,自动送钻采用负载压力闭环,电机采用带速度反馈的矢量控制模式。最后通过试验模拟了补偿绞车原理样机的升沉补偿过程、自动送钻过程以及二者的联动过程,测试了补偿绞车的控制性能及液压蓄能节能效果。试验结果表明:补偿绞车的控制效果良好,半主动补偿方式相对于主动补偿方式有明显的节能效果。

Abstract:In order to test the control performance and energy saving effect of semi-active heave compensation drawworks, the principle prototype and experimental system of compensation drawworks are designed on the basis of similitude theory. The experimental system includes heave simulation hydraulic system, load simulation hydraulic system and the 1∶5 reduced scale principle prototype of compensation drawworks , respectively achieve experimental functions of wave making, loading, heave compensation and automatic bit-feeding motion. The electric control system is developed. Heave compensation control employs hook displacement closed loop, automatic bit-feeding control employs load pressure closed loop and motor control employs vector control mode with velocity feedback. The principle prototype of compensation drawworks is tested. Heave compensation process, automatic bit-feeding process and the linkage of the two processes are simulated through experiment. Meanwhile, the control performance of compensation drawworks and energy saving effect of hydraulic accumulator are tested. The experimental results indicate that the control effect of compensation drawworks is good, the energy saving effect of semi-active compensation system with respect to active compensation system is obvious.
