| 摘 要： | 针对滑块快速下行碰到速度切换限位后等待8 s才能进入工作速度的现象,介绍了80 t折弯机液压系统原理,研究了快下工况到工作工况切换时各阀的参数及曲线。采用换向阀油口增加阻尼器局部产生压差阻力的方案,并根据工况计算出阻尼孔直径大小,并进行验证为实现充液阀的开启提供依据。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the phynomenon of 8 working speed delay after speed changeover of the ram of the press brake, the hydraulic system, parameter and curve of each valve during fast speed change to working speed was studied. The scheme of adding a damper in the reversing valve oil line so producing a pressure drop was adopted, the diameter of damping hole was calculated according to the working condition, the basis of fast opening of the filling valve was provided, and finally the good result was gained by theoretical analysis and practical testing. |
