装载机改装除雪车液压系统仿真研究

摘    要:设计了一种由装载机底盘改装而成的除雪车的液压系统,阐述了其工作原理,根据除雪车的工作负载,对系统相关液压元件进行了计算选型,最后利用AMESim软件对除雪车液压系统进行了建模和仿真。仿真结果表明:除雪车液压系统能满足各项性能要求,除雪车能正常、稳定的工作。

Abstract:The hydraulic system of snow removal vehicle refited from loader chassis is designed and its working principle is illustrated. Then, the related hydraulic components can be selected according to the workload of snow removal vehicle. Finally ,the model for the hydraulic system of snow removal vehicle is established and simulated by using AMESim. The simulation result reveals that the hydraulic system of snow removal vehicle can meet all performance requirements and the snow removal vehicle can work safely and stably.
