油液混合动力挖掘机建模与参数匹配仿真研究

摘    要:为提高油液混合动力系统挖掘机的节油效果及操控性能,对某21 t油液混合动力挖掘机进行了参数匹配仿真研究。基于元件样本曲线及试验测试曲线,建立混合动力挖掘机数学模型和整机AMESim/Simulink联合仿真模型。根据动力源驱动结构、工作原理及负载特性,确定了释放策略。利用AMESim/Simulink联合仿真,分析不同辅助马达与蓄能器参数对燃油消耗量的影响,并依此确定系统匹配参数。仿真对比分析了参数匹配后的混合动力系统与原系统动臂油缸下降速度、发动机输出扭矩、燃油消耗量、燃油消耗率。结果表明,相对于原系统,节油率为12.5%,节油效果显著。

Abstract:In order to improve the energy saving effect and manipulation performance of the hydraulic hybrid excavator, the simulation model of a 21 ton oil hydraulic hybrid excavators is built to do research on parameters matching. Based on the component sample curve and test curve, mathematical model and the AMESim/Simulink co-simulation model of the hydraulic hybrid excavator are established. According to the driving structure, working principle and load characteristic, the release strategy is determined. The influence of different auxiliary motors and accumulator parameters on the fuel consumption is analyzed and the parameters of the system are determined through AMESim/Simulink co-simulation model. After comparing and analyzing the differences of hybrid power system with matching parameter and original system, including arm cylinder decreased speed, engine output torque, fuel consumption, fuel consumption rate, the simulation results have shown that, compared with the original system, the hybrid system􀆳s fuel saving rate is 12.5%.
