液压滤芯过滤性能测定的能力验证研究

摘    要:为了解我国有关企业测定液压滤芯过滤性能的能力,液压污染控制领域组织了液压滤芯过滤性能测试能力验证。基于此次能力验证试验数据,运用标准差、相对偏差和复现性等计量学指标,不同企业对同一种滤芯的过滤精度、初始冒泡点、洁净滤芯压差和纳污容量等性能指标的测试结果进行总结,分析其关键技术问题,为提高液压滤芯性能测试能力的提供一定的指导。

Abstract:To understand the ability of Chinese enterprises for evaluating filtration performance of hydraulic filter element, the proficiency testing on it is organized in the field of hydraulic contamination control. Based on test data collected from the proficiency testing in the article, the metrology index of standard deviation, relative deviation and reproducibility is used to analyze and summarize the test results of performance index like filtration ratio, initial bubble point, clean element differential pressure and capacity etc. from different enterprises testing the same kind of filter elements, some key technical issues are analyzed and discussed to give some guidance for the improvement of the ability for testing hydraulic filter element performance.
