摘    要:研究控制信号对离合器充油过程的影响规律,对提高离合器接合品质有重要意义。建立湿式离合器液压系统充油过程的数学模型,通过动态仿真和试验结果的对比,验证了模型的正确性和有效性。分析多种PWM控制信号的仿真结果,证实控制信号对充油特性有明显影响,并指出缓冲控制信号占空比缓慢上升的时域选取直接决定缓冲作用时间和作用效果。

Abstract:The study is about the influence rule of control signal on the charge characteristic.It has an important significance to improve the quality of the clutch engagement.The mathematical model of filling process is established.Comparing simulation results with test results,this paper confirmed the correctness and validity of the model.It analyzed the simulation results of various PWM control signals,The influence of control signal on the performance of charge is obvious.The time domain selection of control signal duty ratio slowly rising directly decides the buffer time and buffering effect.
