装载机工作装置液压回路性能分析

摘    要:针对装载机工装回路功率利用和压力冲击问题,利用LMS Virtual.Lab Motion与AMESim对工装机构进行机液一体化联合建模,借助实验和样本数据对模型进行了验证,据此提出时均功率概念计算功率损耗。模型求解分析表明,所研究的装载机工装回路具有较好的功率利用特性,但工况转换过程压力冲击较大,会对密封装置造成损害。

Abstract:For the problem of working hydraulic system efficiency and pressure, we use LMS Virtual.Lab Motion and AMESim to carry out the integrated model of the mechanical and hydraulic system. Accordingly, we put forward time average power to calculate power loss. The result of modeling indicates that hydraulic system has a good efficiency. However,operation mode conversion process leads pressure impact which causes the damage of sealing device.
