基于PLC的拖拉机自适应平衡控制系统设计

摘    要:针对拖拉机田间作业时平衡控制系统适应性差、响应慢和效率低等问题,设计了一种基于PLC的自适应平衡控制系统。该系统采用传感器检测、PLC控制、电液比例换向阀驱动和支撑液压缸响应,可以通过PLC对倾角传感器检测值与设定值进行比较,当检测值小于设定值时,则无需调节;当检测值大于设定值时,则自适应调节四个支撑缸的伸缩来使车身平衡。实验结果表明:该系统对处于倾斜位置的拖拉机进行有效调平,效果良好。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of poor adaptability, slow response and low efficiency in the balance control system of tractor, a adaptive balance control system based on PLC was designed. This system adopted techniques including sensor detection, PLC control, electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve drive and supporting hydraulic cylinder response. The balance of the car body could be achieved by comparing the tilt sensor detection value with the set value using PLC. When the detected value was smaller than the set value, no adjustment, on the contrary, the four supporting cylinder could stretch out and draw back to make the body balance by adaptive adjustment. The experimental results show that the system can adjust the tractor effectively and the effect is good.
