离心场下电液伺服振动装置液压系统的关键技术

摘    要:在分析离心场下电液伺服振动装置运行工况的基础上,提出了电液伺服振动装置液压系统的总体设计框架。详细分析了液压系统中所涉及的静压支承、伺服液压缸、蓄能器组和过滤器等关键技术,并提出了相应的设计方案。该研究对高倍重力加速度离心场下电液伺服振动装置液压系统的设计和应用具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Based on the analysis for the operation condition of electro-hydraulic servo vibration device, the general design framework is proposed. Several key techniques including hydrostatic bearing, servo hydraulic cylinder, accumulators and filters are analyzed in detail. In addition, the relative proposals for some technique are discussed. The research can provide acertain theoretical guidance for the design and application of hydraulic system of electro-hydraulic servo vibration device.
