摘    要:液压系统具有体积小、质量轻、工作平稳且易于实现换向、无级调速、自动化运行等优点而被广泛应用,但同时其故障也存在隐蔽度高、复杂多样、信息难以提取等特点。针对液压元件的故障特点,使用数据库系统、MFC,建立了基于大型料耙液压元件比例换向阀故障诊断的专家系统及相应的知识库、推理和决策机制。系统运行结果表明:具有智能诊断技术的专家系统能很好地确定故障点,提高维修效率和企业经济效益。

Abstract:Due to various advantages of compact volume, light weight, stable operation as well as easy implementation of reversing, steeples speed regulation, automation and so on, hydraulic system is widely used in all levels of industry. However some disadvantages also exist during failure condition, such as high invisibility, complex types and hard extraction of information. Aimed at hydraulic components failed characteristics, expert system based on Rake hydraulic components proportional reversing valve fault diagnosis are established as well as corresponding knowledge base and reasoning and decision making mechanisms by database system, MFC. The system operation results show that the expert system with intelligent diagnosis technology can correctly determine the location of failure, thus improves maintenance efficiency and enterprise economic benefits.
