基于AMESim的先导型速度控制平衡阀研究

摘    要:提出了一种先导型速度控制的非负载敏感型平衡阀,介绍了其工作原理和结构特点,实现了负载长时间保持、反向负载平衡和正向快速举升等功能。建立了平衡阀的数学分析模型,并借助AMESim流体仿真软件进行了仿真计算。仿真和试验研究表明,该阀在负载下降过程中,能够通过控制先导压力,实现流量精准调节,进而控制负载下降速度。该阀稳定性好,且对负载变化不敏感。

Abstract:A new type pilot speed-control counterbalance valve of non-load-sensing was put forward in this paragraph, and its working principle and structure was described. The valve could achieve several functions, including keeping load in longtime,load balancing and load raising quickly. The theoretic model of the valve was analyzed, and AMESim fluent simulation software was brought in. The results of simulation and experiments showed during the load falling period, the pilot pressure could control flow-rate accurately, which lead to the rate of load-falling could be controlled accurately. The valve was in higher stable performance and not sensitive to load pressure.
