混合型液压挖掘机能量回收/释放系统设计与研究

摘    要:全球化能源危机的加剧,对液压挖掘机的节能减排提出了更高要求。传统液压挖掘机能量利用率低,针对该情况,设计了混合型液压挖掘机臂架的势能回收/释放系统,可实现系统稳定运行下的能量回收/释放最大化。建立了能量回收/释放系统模型,并使用实际参数,利用AMESim和MATLAB软件对系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明,该系统可提高能量利用率,优化系统使用性能。

Abstract:The intensification of the global energy crisis has put forward higher requirements for the energy saving and emission reduction of hydraulic excavators. The traditional hydraulic excavator energy utilization rate is low, in view of this situation, this paper introduces the design of hybrid hydraulic excavator arm potential energy recovery/release system, the system can be energy recovery system to achieve stable operation/release maximization. This paper established the system model of energy recovery and release/use the actual parameters, simulation using AMESim and MATLAB software. The simulation results show that the system can improve the utilization rate of energy, optimizing system using system.
