摘    要:利用计算流体动力学技术对轴向柱塞泵的整体流域进行建模分析,得出发生空化的主要范围为缸体的柱塞腔由吸油区向排油区转换的过渡阶段。为了进一步研究配流盘阻尼槽的形状对空化射流产生的空化域的影响,单独对发生空化的主要区域进行建模分析,并将整体分析的部分结果作为初值代入局部模型中再次进行仿真,以提高精度。在分析了传统的U形槽与V形槽对配流盘的空化侵蚀影响后,提出了一种ρ形槽,很大程度上降低了对配流盘的空化侵蚀。

Abstract:Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is employed to estimate the the whole basin of the axial piston pump. The cavitating jet flow is found mainly in the range of conversion stage when the cylinder bore is transited from suction kidney to delivery kidney. In order to further study the effects by the shape of damping groove on the cavitation cloud of the cavitating jet flow, we model and analyze the occurrence and the region of the cavitation cloud. On the analysis of the effects on cavitation erosion by the traditional U-shaped groove and V-shaped groove of valve plate,a kind of ρ-shaped groove is proposed to greatly reduce the cavitation erosion of valve plate.
