摘    要:针对目前铅酸蓄电池刀切装置通用性差且自动化程度低等问题,设计出一款新型铅酸蓄电池刀切分离器。阐述了刀切分离器的工作原理,分析其结构特点及动作过程,设计液压、气动系统并甄选系统元件,对重要回路进行仿真校核。该装置体积小,自动化程度高,安装在现有铅酸蓄电池回收预处理生产线上,用于多种规格的铅酸蓄电池的切割。

Abstract:In view of the problem of low universality and low automation degree of the current lead-acid battery cutting device, we design a new device to solve those problems. This working principle of the device is presented, and the structure characteristics are analyzed. We design the hydraulic system, pneumatic system and select the system components. The important circuit is checked by simulation. The device has the advantages of small volume and high automatization, and can be installed on the prior lead-acid storage battery recycling production line, and can be used for the cutting of the lead-acid battery of various specifications.
