基于AMESim的齿轮分流马达的同步误差分析

摘    要:针对齿轮分流马达为核心的液压同步系统偏载,造成执行元件同步误差较大的问题,在齿轮分流马达各出油口分别接入单向顺序阀,并调节各顺序阀的开启压力相同,减小各出油口压力差,达到减小系统同步误差的目的。建立了基于AMESim的齿轮分流马达双缸同步系统仿真模型,对有、无顺序阀两种工况下不同偏载造成液压缸的压力脉动、流量变化、位移差、系统同步误差、热特性进行了对比分析。分析结果表明:单向顺序阀的接入,能够有效减小齿轮分流马达双缸同步系统的同步误差,保证系统的同步性。

Abstract:Aimed at the issue of the larger synchronization error caused by the partial load in the hydraulic synchronous system with gear shunt motor as its core, a method by accessing one-way sequence valve which sets same opening pressure is presented to reduce the pressure difference among outlets of gear shunt motor, thus to reduce the synchronization error of the system. The simulation model of double cylinder synchronous system based on AMESim is established. The pressure pulsation, flow rate fluctuation, displacement difference synchronization error and temperature characteristics caused by different partial load are analyzed in two conditions, one with the sequence valve and the other without. The analysis results show that the method of accessing one-way sequence valve can effectively reduce the synchronization error of the double cylinder synchronous system and guarantee the synchronization of system.
