钉齿式双滚筒轴流脱粒与分离装置的试验研究

摘    要:利用自行研制的试验台,对切向喂入的钉齿式双滚筒轴流脱粒与分离装置进行多因素的性能试验,得出了滚筒线速度、导向板导角、喂入量同功耗、脱不净率、茎秆破碎程度、夹带损失率、总损失等性能指标的试验结果,明确了相互关系及影响,分析了脱出物沿轴向分布规律。

Abstract:In order to explore threshing and separating performance of double d rum of axial-flow where paddy was fed longitudinally, an experimental table had been developed. Taking spike tooth drum for example, the relationships between performance index (power consumption, unthreshed rate, loss rate of remaining cr ops, etc) and constructional and functional parameters (helix angle of the trans port vane, feed rate, cylinder speed) was explored with the experimental method of orthogonal trial design, and the relationships which refers theoretical basis to design and use of axial-flow unit was analyzed. The distribution of materia l after threshing and separating was analysed. threshing and separating.
