| 摘 要： | 本文分析了15.4m~3高炉无炉衬(自成料衬)前后的生产状况和进行无炉衬冶炼所采取的措施;讨论了自成料衬的形成机理和无炉衬高炉的冶炼特点。实践表明小高炉无炉衬冶炼,可获得良好的技术指标和经济效益。

| Abstract: | Thc production condition in a 15.4m~3 blast furnace with lining and without lining(self-formation burden lining) and the measures of ironmaking without lining are ana-lyzed. The formation mechanism of self-formation burden lining and the smelting fea-tures of liningless blast furnace are discussed. The production practice shows that thegood technical index and economic benifit may be obtained in liningless ironmaking. |
