| 摘 要： | 针对1989年IEC 60060-1 Ed.2.0关于测量带过冲和振荡雷电冲击波形的争议问题,介绍了试验电压因子、局部滤波法以及基于双指数函数模型的曲线拟合,并对照其他方法说明了它们的优越性。论述了2008年IEC 60060-1 Ed.3.0关于带过冲和振荡雷电冲击波形的数值处理程序,对于该处理方案,指出了在实际应用中存在的波形不连贯和定义模糊的问题。最后采用TDG1.12中的解析波形作为对象实现该程序,进行波形处理、参数提取和结果分析,还对波形参数的参考数据提出了建议。
