| Abstract: | This paper presents several new spatial structure forms and their configuration, structural behavior, main design problems and design approaches are outlined. The new spatial structure forms to be introduced and discussed include cable dome, suspen cable dome with giant latticed members, beam string structure and beam string truss, cable-suspened structure and cable-stayed structure, spoke structures, cable arch structure and so on. |
