| Abstract: | Microstructure and strain - hardening behavior of XS0 pipeline steel were investigated by quasistatic tension ~md scanning electron microscope methods. It is concluded that the strain - hard- ening character/stics of XS0 pipeline steel determine its uniform elongation, and owing to the micro- structure of acicular ferrite with martensite - austenite constituents, its strain hardening exponent curve shows the three stages：platform, slow decline and rapid decline. |
