摘    要:介绍了热轧废水的特点及某钢厂1580mm热轧现应用的一种浊环水处理工艺,对该工艺在实际运行过程中,污泥处理系统存在的问题进行了详细分析,并提出有效的改造措施,最后对稀土磁盘净化技术与卧螺离心机两种工艺的污泥处理方式进行比较,得出最优的处理方法。

Abstract:The characteristics of hot rolling wastewater and the treatment process of tur-bid circulating water at a 1580mm hot rolling mill of some steelmaking works are introduced. Existing problems in the sludge treatment system during actual operation of the process are analyzed in detail, effective transformation measures are put forward and, finally, the two sludge treatment processes of rare-earth magnet purification and screw centrifuge are com-pared, to obtain the optimal treatment method.
