| 摘 要： | 研究了以2种不同结构SBS弹性体混合物为主粘料的免钉胶配方,考查了SBS弹性体、增粘树脂、填料、混合溶剂的配比,以及抗氧剂等助剂的用量对免钉胶性能的影响,制得固含量为70%的免钉胶。测试结果表明,研制的SBS免钉胶性能符合相关标准,并且成本适中,具有一定推广价值。

| Abstract: | In the paper,the free nail glue formulations based on the mixture of two different structures SBS elastomers as the main material were investigated.The effects of SBS elastomer,tackifying resin,filler,proportion of mixed solvent and amount of additives such as antioxidant 1010 on the performance of the free nail glue were explored,and a free nail glue with solid content of 70% was prepared. The test results showed that the SBS based free nail glue performance meets the requirements of relevant standards,the cost is moderate,and the glue has a certain value of popularization |
